Welcome to Centre Ridge's All-Star Team!
Are you ready to hit a home run?
We are on deck for an awesome year—let's hit it out of the park!
Dear CRES Community,
We hope you had a wonderful Fourth of July! While you are enjoying your summer, we are busy planning for another fantastic school year!
This year, our theme is "Centre Ridge: School of Dreams." Building on the baseball adage "Field of Dreams," we are imagining what is possible if we dare to dream big! As a "School of Dreams," we are stepping up to the plate, preparing to turn those dreams into reality. Just like in baseball, where every player has a unique role and skill, we want each student to hone their talents and shine! Our goal is to provide the tools, support, and encouragement needed for every student to hit a home run in their educational journey!
Stay tuned for more information on how this theme will be included throughout our school year, beginning with our Open House scheduled for August 16th. Details will be forthcoming as we plan for your child to meet their teacher, visit their classroom, and participate in a schoolwide event that afternoon. We want to see every family at our Open House event where we can reflect on our hopes and dreams for the year!
We look forward to an inspiring and successful school year ahead! Batter up, Rams!

🧸 New Student Registration is Open for the 2024-2025 School Year!
Registration is available online or you can pick-up paperwork in our front office.
Required documents for registration:

Proof of residency: A deed, lease agreement
-
Proof of birth: Original birth certificate
-
Health documentation: A certificate of physical examination including required screenings completed within the last 12 months prior to starting school by a US licensed physician.

New Preschool students, visit the Early Childhood Registration page.

Non-parent registrations, visit the Special Registration Situations page.

Rising kindergarten students that were enrolled in one of our FCPS preschool programs this year, contact the registrar at the school the student will attend kindergarten for the upcoming school year. School information can be found on the Schools and Centers page.

School Age Child Care (SACC) – This Fairfax County government program provides a safe and fun environment before and after school for elementary school-age children.

FCPS Communications for Families – FCPS shares news and information to support student learning and promote family involvement.

Family Engagement Resources – FCPS works to connect, strengthen, and support our families, schools, and communities.
