From Mrs. Taylor, Strings Teacher

Dear Oak Hill Family,

I hope you are well and enjoying your summer break!  I am writing to let you know that after having the privilege of working with Strings students in the Oak Hill community for the past three years, the 2023-2024 school year was my last year.  I have accepted a new position as Orchestra Director at Liberty Middle School.  LMS is my neighborhood school and where my own kids will attend the school.  I hope to have them in my orchestra class one day!

I will immensely miss Oak Hill Strings students and community!  During our time together, I enjoyed the wonderful performances and music making that went on in the Strings classroom and concert venues.  It is my wish that the Strings students of Oak Hill always enjoy their music and continue to grow with their talent and musical abilities for many years to come.  Thank you, Oak Hill, for all the wonderful memories and music making opportunities I have been able to enjoy with you for so long.  You will always be a special piece of who I am, and I look forward to taking what I have learned and experienced with you into my new position next year.  Keep playing and enjoy your summer!

Lot of Hugs, Mrs. Taylor
