Have a wonderful summer!

Have a Great Summer!

Good afternoon, Franklin Community,

On behalf of the entire Franklin Middle School staff, I want to thank you for a fantastic school year!  We have appreciated your partnership in all aspects of our work, whether it was collaborating on ways to support your child or your generosity in supporting school-wide needs/requests, we thank you!  I also would like to take a moment to publicly thank our amazing PTA board, who poured their time and hearts into supporting our school.  Thank you to Anne, Heather, Kristi, and Natalia for your leadership this year!

On Wednesday, we held our annual tradition of having our buses take a second loop through our bus loop while the entire staff waved goodbye.  As always, it was a bittersweet day, as we celebrated the start of summer but were sad many of our students are moving on to their next adventure at the high school level.  Whether your child just finished their 7th grade year and are coming back next year, or just finished their 8th grade year and are heading to high school, please know our staff is here to support in any way your child might need.

This will be my last regular message for the school year.  You will receive a summer update email in July, which will contain our important back-to-school events and dates.  Our main office will be open this summer each day from 9-12 so please feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.

I wish you a wonderful summer with your family and on a personal note, thank you for your support and trust as I led this amazing school community this past year as your interim principal.  Please reach out to me at MLCase@fcps.edu with any questions.  Take care and happy summer!

Sincerely,

Michelle Case

Interim Principal
