Medication Updates
For students who have medications in the clinic the last day to pick up your students’ mediations is Wednesday June 12th before dismissal, ideally before if possible. We will destroy any medications left after that day. We cannot send medication homes with students.
There are brand new medication forms for inhalers and epinephrine for school year 24-25. For students who currently have medications I will email you the new forms.

Attention Rising 7th Graders
All students entering 7th grade are required to receive one dose of each of the following immunizations prior to the beginning of school: Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis booster (Tdap), Meningococcal vaccine (MenACWY) and Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.
- To meet the Meningococcal (MenACWY) requirement, the vaccination must be administered at age 10 or older.
- As a parent/guardian, you may decide that your child not receive the HPV vaccination. The school does not require documentation if a parent/guardian elects for their student not to receive the HPV vaccination.
ACTION REQUESTED: If you haven’t done it yet, kindly present an immunization documents Fatima Ataba (Student Information Assistant/Registrar) at your child’s school as soon as possible to proof you’re your child has received the vaccines.
Yearbooks on Sale
Still need a yearbook? We have a limited quantity available for sale on Monday morning, June 10th on a first-come basis, while supplies last. Yearbooks are $20 each, cash only. Please find us inside the main lobby, or send money with your student. (inset image)
