Greetings Key Families,
We just finished our final full week of the school year! It was a fantastic week with awards ceremonies celebrating our students’ various achievements, and it ended in our 8th grade class travelling to Lewis HS for a tour and to learn about all the opportunities that await them next year and beyond. I am very proud of our students and all they have achieved this year! Next week, we will be collecting laptops, cleaning out lockers, and finalizing grades. On Wednesday, we have an exciting and fun Field Day planned for all students. We hope to end the year on a positive note and send the students into summer feeling great about all of their accomplishments!
Sincerely,
Drew Campbell

No Water Guns in School
Patriot Families-
We have had multiple incidents this week with students using water guns in school. This has caused a significant disruption to the halls as well as created unsafe floor conditions for students and staff. We are also seeing students poke holes in water bottles and spray other students with the water in the bottle. Please remind our students that water guns and spraying water on others is not allowed in school. Hallway safety has been negatively impacted by the presence of water guns in our school. We appreciate your support in making sure that our students are not spraying water during the school day and are not bringing water guns into the school building.

Required Immunizations
- 🩹 Required Immunizations for Rising 7th and 12th Graders
Immunizations are required for all students entering 7th and 12th grades this fall. Visit the FCPS immunization webpage to learn about the required vaccines. Caregivers should ask their private healthcare provider or the health department to review their student's immunization record to ensure that their student has received these required immunizations.
It is important to schedule immunizations early in the summer, as seventh grade students must submit documentation of the Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines before they begin school in August. Twelfth grade students must submit documentation of the Meningococcal vaccine. Get more information on all student immunization requirements.
