Mission Green Global, a local environmental club run by Chantilly High School students (missiongreenglobal.com), will be hosting a free workshop on Wednesday, June 5th, at the Oak Hill Elementary library from 3:30-4:30pm. The organization will be conducting fun and safe activities—such as scavenger hunts, sustainable jewelry making, and minute-to-win-it competitions—to educate students from all grades about the environment! Topics include recycling, sustainable engineering, saving energy/water, and reducing food waste.
