Dear Dragons,
WOW! What an amazing community we have! This past week we collected food for the South Lakes High School food pantry, during our Stuff the Bus event, and gathered 3,397 lbs of food!!! Thank you for supporting our efforts to stock one of the community food resources.
Tonight is our Multicultural night. It is one of our favorite evenings of the whole year. We will celebrate all of the beautiful diversity that our school encompasses. We will have a fashion and talent show, there will be live music and food trucks, and our families showing off items and information from the different countries that represent our school community.
Last weekend we had our annual Color Run! I was so happy to see the rain held off for the event Mr. Erickson always brings the fun. There was music and movement and lots and lots of colors! I truly hope to see you all tonight!
