May 27, 2024: Memorial Day Holiday: School & Offices closed. 

May 28- 31, 2024:SOL Retake Assessments

June 5, 2024: Groveton Strings, Chorus and Band Concert: 6-7:30 pm in the Groveton Cafeteria 

June 11, 2024: 6th Grade Promotion Ceremony 

June 12, 2024: Last Day of School. 2 hour early release with student dismissal starting at 1:35pm. 


Groveton Lost & Found

Our lost and found is overflowing with student items. Are your children missing a coat, lunch kit, water bottle? If your child is missing an item, please have them take a look at the lost and found. All items not claimed by Friday, May 24, 2024 will be donated. 


6th Grade Promotion

Our 6th grade Promotion Ceremony will be held on Tuesday June 11, 2024 at 9:30am.

Parents and families are welcome to attend. Doors will open at 9:15am, following arrival.

May Popcorn Party

Our last Popcorn party will be on Friday May 24th! 

We are in need of parent volunteers and donations to make this last popcorn party a success for our students. If you are able, please consider donating Walmart gift cards to fund the party.
