Navy Update - 5.12.24

5.12

This week was filled with memorable moments.  Our Girls on the Run team completed their longest practice run before this week's 5K.  A 5K is no easy feat, but the young ladies showed determination and grit to get the job done. Our music teachers put on an amazing performance featuring our Kindergarten students.  Even when the music didn't work, the students sang their hearts out and the show went on!

I also want to take a moment to give a huge thank you to everyone who made Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week happen.  Our staff was showered with tokens of appreciation every day and was a wonderful reminder that their devotion to the work of meeting the needs of students does not go unnoticed.

Happy Mother's Day to all our Navy moms and caregivers!
