We want to extend a huge thank you to the PTA and families for all of the wonderful ways you spoiled the Gunston Staff and made us feel so very special and appreciated during Staff Appreciation Week!
Our school's success is due to the incredible people who support our students every day. Many of you have taken the time to send kind notes and treats not only to your child's classroom teachers but also to other staff members in the building, such as our special educators, instructional assistants, front office staff, specialist teachers (Art, Music, PE, and Japanese), and custodial staff.
These acts of kindness make a huge impact on staff as we reflect on the year and wind down. Thank you!

The FCPS CARES Program is an opportunity for families, staff, and community members to recognize FCPS employees for going above and beyond to help others and show they care. We invite you to submit your story, so we can all acknowledge the good work of FCPS employees at Gunston Elementary School. We love our staff members; let's tell them how we feel!
