Yard Signs Pick up!

Thank you!
Reminder- Student Arrival
With the warmer weather we have noticed an increase in the number of students coming to school early. Students are not admitted into the building until 8:20 am. Unless you have something prearranged with a teacher, your child attends SACC or is a patrol, please do not drop your student off at school any earlier as there will be no adult supervision available.
Planning for the 2024-2025 School Year
It is time to start planning for our next school year. Developing class assignments each year is a complex process. School administration, classroom teachers, counselors, special education staff and specialists all have the opportunity to provide feedback on class groupings.
If you have feedback that you would like for us to consider, please add it to this form https://forms.gle/yKQij5LN5xMx5YEJ7 no later than May 17, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted. We will consider all feedback provided, but we are not always able to fulfill requests.
We respectfully ask that you do not request particular teachers. It is unfair to give special consideration to some families when it would be impossible to grant requests from all families. Please be aware that grade level assignments for staff sometimes change, due to late enrollments or other changes. Staff assignments are determined at the end of the summer.
Attend Today, Achieve Tomorrow!
As we approach the end of the school year, it’s important for students to stay engaged, attend school, and finish strong! Visit our website for attendance resources.

Techstravaganza 2024
Positivity Project
Next week, our school community will focus on a review of the 24-character strengths and the Other People Mindset.
Over the course of this year, we have gained an understanding and appreciation of the 24-character strengths that are in all of us. Every 1–2 weeks we learned about a different character strength or Other People Mindset element. This knowledge has helped us build strong relationships with other people and become our best selves. People who have strong positive relationships do five things consistently — these are the five practices of the Other People Mindset. 1. Recognize the good in other people, 2. Recognize that everything you say or do affects other people, 3. Support others when they struggle, 4. Cheer people on when they succeed, 5. Remain present when giving people your attention. People who have a strong Other People Mindset are able to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with others.
