Dear Stenwood Families,
Thank you for all the families that reached out yesterday in response to the community email we sent out. It is of the utmost importance that Stenwood is a safe and welcoming community for all of our students, families, and staff and we look forward to partnering with all of you to help us accomplish that.
A huge thank you to our amazing PTA, class parents, and all who recognized our staff during teacher/staff appreciation week. We are so incredibly grateful for all you did to help our wonderful staff feel appreciated!

Student attendance at school is important all year long, up to the last day of school. Attendance has an effect on student performance and on school accreditation. See how to:

Sprout Supply Orders
Lunch Volunteering at Stenwood
We are asking for parent volunteers to come in and help out during lunch. Please go to the sign-up to volunteer for your child’s grade level and other grade levels if you’re able.

Stenwood Family Book Club
Our final family book club of the year will be in person at Stenwood on Wednesday, May 15th at 3:30pm. The topic is managing the digital world as a family. We have a variety of articles, TED Talks and podcasts instead of a book.
All are welcome! Previous attendance and reading/listening to all materials is not necessary to participate. Childcare can be arranged. Please email Tammy Berick (tsberick@fcps.edu) and Catherine Wideman (cjwideman@fcps.edu) for more information.
