All County Chorus students

Congratulations to our 6th Graders who were selected to represent Mosaic Elementary at the 2024 FCPS All-County Chorus Festival this past weekend! Special thanks to Mr. James and Mr. Stansbery for putting in so much extra time over the past several months to rehearse with students and get them ready for this special event. Bravo!


⌚May Gift of Time - May 21 and 22

Please consider gifting our teachers the gift of time! You will provide recess coverage by monitoring recess for 30 minutes. Please review the available slots and click on the button to sign up. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your assigned time to check in and get to the classroom. Thank you for supporting our teachers!


🚲Walk, Bike, & Roll to School Day- May 8th

Strap on your helmet and lace up your shoes. National Walk, Bike & Roll to School Day is May 8, 2024!

Bike & Roll to School Day invites participants to celebrate the joy of active commuting while building a sense of community and school spirit. Whether addressing the need to make routes to school safer for active trips or encouraging children and teens to be more active, these events can be powerful tools to inspire lasting change. Of course, they are also fun!

📘Cash/Check Yearbook Orders 

Yearbooks are $15.

Online payment option is closed. Please send cash or checks to the main office.

Make checks payable to Mosaic PTA.

Orders due by May 17.


🖍️ It’s Kindergarten Registration Time!

If you have a child turning 5 by 9/30/2024, please register for kindergarten. Eligible children can also be registered throughout the summer, but registering your child early helps us plan so that we have the teachers and resources needed on the first day of school. Please share with your neighbors too.

Please go to https://www.fcps.edu/online-registration to use the online registration portal, or, if you prefer, you can also download the registration bundle at https://www.fcps.edu/sites/default/files/media/forms/enroll.pdf. You can also or stop by the school any day between 9 - 2 to pick up a registration packet.
