Sixth Grade All-County Choral Festival

Congratulations to the sixth grade students who performed in the 2024 FCPS Sixth Grade All-County Choral Festival! Kaytlyn Bishop, Lillie Fisher, Rachel Ganbat and Regina Le-McKee performed with 650 other sixth graders and a guest conductor on Saturday, April 27. They learned music and performed beautifully! Special thanks to Mr. Darling and Ms. Day for their support during the rehearsals and festival!

The Chantilly High School Math Club will be hosting its annual math competition for middle and elementary school students on Thursday, May 16th, in the Chantilly High School cafeteria. Use the QR codes to register and learn more!

Brookfield ES PTA Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week May 6-10

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is May 6-10th.

On Tuesday, May 7th we are asking students and families to bring in flowers or a plant for their teachers. For Thursday, May 9th we ask for students to bring in a Thank You card for their teachers. A card template was sent home in Tuesday Folders.

A whole week of Spirit fun at Lazy Dog Chantilly from May 6-12! This week covers Teacher Appreciation week AND Mother’s Day! Be sure to tell them you’re with Brookfield and they’ll save a copy of your receipt. Order takeout and use the code! They will donate 15% all week!

Reminders

Free Food Giveaway - Fresh Foods and Pantry Staples

The monthly free food distribution held by a community partner will be on Saturday, May 11th 10:00a.m. - 12:00 p.m. while supplies last at Brookfield Elementary School.

Future date - June 8th.
