⌚Gift of Time for April
Please consider gifting our teachers the gift of time! You will provide recess coverage by monitoring recess for 30 minutes. Please review the available slots and sign up on SignupGenius. Thank you for supporting our teachers!
🟣Purple Up! Spirit Week
 We will be celebrating a spirit week the week of April 15th! Please see below for how we plan to show support for our military-connected families!
Monday 4/15 – wear yellow to support our troops!
Tuesday 4/16 – wear your favorite red, green, or blue to represent your favorite military branch!
Wednesday 4/17 – wear purple for Purple Up Day!
Thursday 4/18 – wear camo to support everyone connected to the military!
Friday 4/19 – wear red to Remember Everyone Deployed!

Yearbooks are $15.
Online orders due by April 30: Go to https://barksdalephoto.com/, click “What are you looking for?” and choose “Order Your Yearbook”. Enter 0037871YB as the Access Code.
Cash/check orders due by May 17: order forms are in Wednesday folders, make checks payable to Mosaic PTA.
🔬Einstein Night - April 25
Students from Mosaic Elementary School will be showcasing an experiment, invention, or discovery. It is a night full of learning in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
The event is free, and all are welcome.

❤️2024 Thank a Teacher Campaign
The Virginia Lottery and its partners The Supply Room, IGT and NeoPollard Interactive invite you to thank as many public school teachers as possible in conjunction with National Teacher Appreciation Week in May!
Take part in the Lottery’s ninth annual Thank a Teacher campaign by sending a digital thank-you note right from the comfort of your home, now through May 10.
Teachers will receive the notes during Teacher Appreciation Week, May 6 - 10. Qualifying teachers can use a unique code included with the digital note to enter a drawing for a chance to win $2,500 courtesy of the Virginia Lottery, IGT and NeoPollard Interactive plus $2,500 in supplies from The Supply Room. Four lucky teachers will win!
