Hayfield Physical Night

Annual Sports Physical Night

June 11^th, 2024

Hayfield Secondary School

5:30-7:30 PM

Cost is $50

(it is highly recommended to pre-register as we will only accept walk-in appointments if available)

Once again, Hayfield Athletic Training Program will be offering an opportunity for athletes to receive a comprehensive orthopedic sports physical that will be valid for the 2024-25 school year. This is a great opportunity to get it completed early and be ready to go for next year. All current physicals expire June 30^th. To register for an appointment please click below:

(Once your athlete is registered you will receive a confirmation email within a few days)

All proceeds support the Hayfield Athletic Training Program and your student athletes. Funds raised allow us to continue to provide the highest level of athletic healthcare possible. The Hayfield Athletic Training Program relies solely on fundraising opportunities to purchase the necessary supplies and equipment.

REMEMBER: you MUST have a valid physical for 2024-25 school year on file if you are planning to participate in any off season conditioning/team activities! For more information please contact

Spring Sports Update

We have had a ton of weather changes this week, so please make sure you are checking with the website and social media to ensure all schedules are correct.

Girls Lax opened up district play with a huge 14-1 win over Lewis. 

Boys Lax remains undefeated with a 21-3 win over Lewis. 

Girls Soccer remains undefeated after beating Lewis this week. 

Boys Soccer opened district play with a 1-1 tie with Lewis in an exciting matchup.

Baseball and Softball have been battling bad weather and we hope to play a ton of games over the next couple of weeks to get back on schedule. 

Outdoor Track has had some impressive PRs early in the season. 

Boys and Girls Tennis both defeated Justice 8-1 this week to continue an impressive start to the season.

Hayfield Athletic Hall of Fame

Hayfield Secondary School is introducing the Hayfield Secondary Athletic Hall of Fame. A Hall of Fame committee has been selected and the 1st Hall of Fame Class will be inducted during the Fall of 2024.

Booster Pass Information Update

One of the best ways that you can support Hayfield and attend Home Athletic events is to purchase a Booster Pass from the Hayfield Athletic Booster Club.

Every Home Regular season event is 5 dollars per person. Booster Passes prices have been cut in half to start the spring season.

If you are looking to purchase single game tickets, they can be purchased at
