Picture Day Parent Volunteer
Dear Parents,
Thank you for your interest in our Picture Day Parent Volunteer Program!
We appreciate your assistance! Please find the volunteer duties listed below:
- Must be able and available to assist the full shift.
- March 12th - Day One: Six volunteer spaces available: three for the AM shift & three for the PM shift.
- AM: 8:50am-11:30am
- PM: 11:30am-2:00pm.
- March 13th - Day Two: Three volunteer spaces available. Shift time is: 8:50am-12:30pm
- Grooming assistance of the child such as: straightening collars, cleaning faces, etc.
- Runner/Escort to and from the classroom and/or office if needed.
- Students will line up tallest to shortest. Please assist in keeping students in a single file line and talking to a minimum.
If you are available and willing to perform these duties, please use the sign-up genius to schedule your volunteer start/shift time. As a thank you for your service, you will receive a complimentary $25.00 photo voucher (one per family). The voucher will have a code.
