PTA Sweetheart Dance Collage

Thank You...the PTA Sweetheart Dance was Amazing!

Many thanks to our PTA for the amazing Sweetheart Dance. Our Lions had the opportunity to dance the night away, take fun photos in the photo booth, eat yummy snacks, and hang out with friends. It was a great night...we are already looking forward to the next Sweetheart Dance.

Join us and experience Cultural Heritage Night

All LTES families are welcome to be a part of the festivities by coming to school at 6:00 p.m. to taste treats, create art, and participate in games and activities from various countries!

To ensure this evening is enjoyable for all, adults must stay with their Little Lions for this event.

Lunchtime Visits with Your Child!

We're excited to welcome parents back to the cafeteria for lunchtime visits! Spending time with your child during lunch can be a wonderful way to connect and see them thrive in the school environment.

To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone, please review these guidelines:

During your visit:

  • Sign in at the office: This is crucial for security and student accountability
  • Respect assigned seating: We encourage you to sit with your child at their designated table.
  • Observe lunch bunch size: If eating at a table in the lobby or cafeteria that is not your child's designated table, please only invite one other students to sit with you and your Lion.
  • Follow cafeteria expectations: Remember that school rules apply during lunchtime. Encourage your child to:
    • Stay in their seat: This ensures safety and reduces disruptions.
    • Eat their food: Avoid sharing food with other students.
    • Clean their eating area: Students are responsible for wiping down their tables and disposing of trash properly.

Additional considerations:

  • Minimize disruptions: Remember, some students may prefer quiet time during lunch. Keep conversations at a reasonable volume and avoid extended visits.
  • Respect other students and families: Be mindful of limited space and avoid blocking walkways or monopolizing tables.
  • Photos: Please refrain from taking photos of other students while on school grounds.

By following these guidelines, we can ensure a positive experience for everyone while fostering a healthy and enjoyable lunchtime environment for all our students.

If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 703-227-5400.
