Mock SAT Test
(February 17, 2024)
Looking for an opportunity to practice for the SAT?? The McLean PTSA is partnering with The Princeton Review to offer a SAT practice test on Saturday, February 17, 2024. Join The Princeton Review virtually to take a full-length practice Digital SAT. The registration fee is $20. After the test, you’ll receive a comprehensive score report detailing your strengths and weaknesses.

Registration closes Wednesday, February 14, 2024, and you will receive a link to join a kickoff session and further instructions the day before the exam. If you can't make the test date, you may still register and take your exam at your discretion over the course of 120 days, beginning on the test date in which you registered. Please note that only one registration is allowed per student.

The PTSA organizes a weekly Friday Breakfast Station during the year stocked with contributions by fellow McLean HS families. The Friday Breakfast Station is set up in the front office and teachers & staff are grateful each week for your donations. PTSA Spring Auction -
Volunteers and Auction Item Donations Needed
Dear McLean Community,
Once again, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support of McLean High School PTSA's fundraising efforts thus far.
To help us get closer to our fundraising goal, we are excited to announce our upcoming Spring Auction, tentatively scheduled for Saturday, April 6th, 2024.
- We are in need of volunteers to help solicit auction items (15 volunteers) and organize the onsite auction event (5 volunteers). If you're interested in volunteering for the Spring Auction event, please sign up here.
- We welcome auction item donations such as game tickets, homemade meal deliveries, artwork, or anything else that might interest potential bidders! Please use the link to donate your auction items.
- We encourage you to continue donating funds to PTSA.

Driving for Dollars Fundraiser
RPM is a new business in the area and is working with schools to help raise funds and create their brand awareness. Thirty percent of all sales between Feb. 5th and 15th will be donated to the PTSA.

On Mulch Madness weekend, MCC rowers and families deliver around 20,000 bags of high-quality, double-shredded hardwood mulch to the McLean community in less than 36 hours – those are some fast rowers! It takes our team working together to accomplish this tremendous task - athletes, families, and our community.
Mulch Madness is McLean Crew's single biggest fundraiser, and thanks to community members like you who purchase from us, we can keep our athlete-funded club alive and thriving. Health & Wellness Therapy Dogs
“Therapy Dogs Thursday” 2/08
Our therapy dog friends return this Thursday, February 8, from 11:00am-1:30pm. We are expecting four pups: Holly, Raven, Ayame, and Daisy.

Volunteer Opportunity - Class of 2024
All Night Graduation Party
Greetings families!! We are currently preparing for the Class of 2024 All Night Graduation Party (ANGP). The ANGP provides a safe, alcohol-free and drug-free evening for our Seniors to celebrate after their high school graduation. Every year our students look forward to the ANGP, which is an amazing, fun-filled event where they can spend one last time making memories with their classmates and enjoy a variety of entertainment, games, great food, prizes, and much more.
We are currently starting the planning for the Class of 2024 ANGP and are looking for parent volunteers to serve on the steering committee and party sub-committees.
The roles we are looking for include the following:
