Music Department News
Attention 4th, 5th, & 6th Grade Students!
This spring, we are planning to hold two Chamber Concerts here at Hunters Woods on the following dates: Wednesday, February 21, and Wednesday, April 17, both at 6:00 PM. These concerts will give interested students an opportunity to independently prepare a performance for an audience.
Students can choose to play a solo (alone), duet (with a partner), trio (three), or small ensemble (four or more members). This can include voice or other instruments outside of band and strings (but NOT piano). Since one of the best ways to become a better musician is to perform for an audience, this concert can really help students excel!
Interested students may see their Ensemble teacher for more information and to pick up a Permission to Audition form.
