Everyone loves saying hi to Mrs. Leach and getting hugs from her! She is like a human magnet.

Human Magnet

Mrs. Leach (center, back row) is like a human magnet! Students and staff love gathering around her in the mornings to chat and get a hug. She is a beloved staff member who seems to know everyone's name.

Dear Willow Springs Families,

We hope all of you are enjoying this student holiday with spring-like temperatures! It's hard to believe that at this time last week, schools were closed and children were outside sledding, making snow angels, and throwing snowballs!

This coming Monday the 29th marks the start of the third quarter. Teachers are finalizing grades and second quarter grades will be available for you to view on Monday, February 5th in SIS ParentVue. This is a great time to remind students of the importance of coming to school and doing their best to learn and to be a respectful and responsible citizen. The administrative team will soon meet with students at each grade level to review Students Rights and Responsibilities along with school-wide expectations.

The 100th day of school is just around the corner and we look forward to celebrating that milestone on February 8th. We are proud of how much our students are growing and learning!

February promises to bring us more great opportunities to learn and have fun together as we celebrate Valentines Day, Black History Month and School Counselors week. If you don't already, please follow us on Facebook and Instagram to get more frequent updates and behind the scenes photos.

We wish all of you wonderful weekend. Thank you for sending us your best every day! #Willow Pride

Ipsa Stringer, Assistant Principal
