Here is the final set of winter-themed decorated doors we had participate in our December door decorating contest. Thank you again to all of the classes who participated in this annual event we celebrate at MUES!
The last day of our 2nd quarter of school is Thursday, January 25th. Students will dismiss from school at 1:30 PM. If your Mustang is going home a different way on this school day, please communicate it to both your child as well as their homeroom teacher.
Don't forget that school is closed for students on Friday, January 26th. Our staff has a workday to complete 2nd quarter progress reports and prepare fun and engaging lessons for our Mustangs to participate in during the 3rd quarter of school.
We will welcome our Mustangs back to school on Monday, January 29th when we open our school doors at 8:35 AM.

Ms. Watson, Principal of McNair ES, and I cordially invite you to join us for our next Family Coffee Talk on Wednesday, January 31st at 9:00 AM at McNair Upper ES.
This month's topic is about "The Importance of Attending School, School Attendance Best Practices, and SEL Resources for Students & Families."
It will be presented by our wonderful school counselors- Ms. Bradner, Ms. Coe, Ms. Ford & Ms. Johnson. Special guests will be Ms. Dena Neverdon, Social Worker, and Mr. Khanh Tran, Truancy Officer for the Westfield Pyramid.
