principal's message

Hello Mustangs,

It has been a great week at South County Middle School, and we hope your week has been equally fantastic. Our English 8 classes are currently in their third unit and delivering instruction around the Virginia Department of Education’s Standard 8.3, where students “analyze, develop, and produce creative or informational media messages.” Seeing how the students and teachers interacted with this standard was stunning and reinforced the notion that great work happens when everyone works together. As a reminder, we will not have school on Monday, as it is a holiday. Nevertheless, we thank you for your continued support, and as always, please let us know if you have any questions, feedback, or concerns. I hope you have a fantastic weekend.
