Oak Hill Families,
Happy New Year to our Wolf Pack Families! We hope all of you had a relaxing Winter Break full of fun and family.
While the school was closed for Winter Break, there was still a lot of work happening at Oak Hill. Outside of the building, we have our new Oak Hill sign!
Inside the building, several of our student and staff created tile mosaics were installed. Our students have been on the hunt for their tiles! When the renovation is finished, all our mosaics will be installed.
Tonight is the Chantilly Basketball Pyramid Night - hope to see you there!
Virtual Math Week - Get ready for Virtual Math Week from Monday, January 8, through Friday, January 12. Save the date for a week filled with stories, games, and math activities, in English and Spanish, for families with students in kindergarten through eighth grade. This is a free experience designed to make math fun for the whole family. Learn more about FCPS Math Week.
Don't forget to get your tickets for Skate Night on Saturday, January 13th. When you are looking at buying tickets, consider purchasing an Oak Hill winter hat! Check out the PTA section below for more information and the link.

Today, January 3rd is a Varsity Basketball Double Header at Chantilly HS. Chantilly HS is celebrating Pyramid Night and welcomes families from the feeder schools to attend one or both games! All feeder school students get in free to the games with a paying adult. Wear school spirit gear or school colors!

7:30 Boys Varsity vs. Bethel Academy
Varsity Sideline cheer will be at both games!
Join us at Skate Night on Saturday, January 13th @ Skatequest in Reston from 6-8 pm. Tickets are $10, and are available at https://oakhillpta.ptboard.com/. We also have some adorable hats for sale! We can't wait to see you there!
After School Activities
Registration for winter after-school activities is now open!! Please follow the instructions below to access the registration page.
When you go to the website, click on the "Winter 2024" tab, then click "Click Here to Register". It will prompt you to sign in or create an account. From there, it will give you the option of typing in the code to access the registration page.

Registration is now open and will close on January 14th @ 11:59 pm or when the class fills.
FCPS Adult and Community Education division is offering virtual STEM Clubs and classes for K-12 students. Information is available at aceclasses.fcps.edu or 703-658-1201. You may also email k12enrichment@fcps.edu.

FCPS is asking all families to fill out a Federal Impact Aid Survey. The electronic form will continue to be available online in SIS ParentVUE until January 31st. Please fill it out if you have not already done so. Thank you.
