Floris Families,
Welcome to February and the first week of the third quarter. We look forward to seeing families tonight at the PTA Movie Night in the café. Please note that tonight's PTA Movie Night is at capacity. If you have not registered to attend, unfortunately, there is no more space available.
Just a reminder that unless there is a wind chill advisory or warning, falling precipitation, very cold temperatures, and/or the playground is snow/ice covered, our students go outside for recess. Please make sure that your child is dressed for the conditions. It is important for students to get outside and play during the school day.
Next week is National School Counseling Week. Our School Counselors, Sarah de Kramer and James Duffield, are amazing. Please take a moment to send them a shout-out or a kudos for all they do.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Holly Walker, Principal, hjwalker@fcps.edu
Rob Gibbs, Assistant Principal, ragibbs@fcps.edu
