Good Morning Westgate Families,
I wanted to let you know that our beloved Family Liaison, Clara Pardo, is retiring at the end of December. Clara has spent the last 16 years at Westgate, and has served in FCPS for 27 years. As a staff, we are celebrating her years of service, and her many positive contributions to all of us, next week. As many of you know, Clara has been such an integral part of our greater school community. She has supported families, students, and staff to her greatest ability, and we have been so fortunate to have her caring and compassionate demeanor at Westgate for all these years. Since she has played such an active role with our families, I wanted to share this news with you. While we will miss her dearly, we wish her nothing but the best in her retirement, and are so grateful for all she has done at Westgate.
