Virtual PTA Meeting with Guest Speaker Wednesday, Nov. 8, 7:00 pm
Social Media Concerns and Our Kids
Please join us for our first Virtual PTA Meeting of the 2023-24 school year! We welcome Guest Speaker MPO Anthony L. Capizzi, who is the Crime Prevention Specialist for the Fairfax County Police Department. He will be joining us to discuss a very important topic: Social Media Concerns and our Kids. If your child currently has access to a cell phone, iPad, or any other social media-enabled device, attending this will be beneficial for you. Registration is mandatory for entry. WSHS Pyramid Challenge Fun Run, Saturday, 11/11, 10am-12pm @ Irving Middle School Track. Show up for our CFES Mighty Red Birds, where we compete against all of the Elementary Schools within the WSHS Pyramid. Open to all pre-registered students! Questions? PTA Virtual Turkey Bingo Night, Friday, 11/17, 7pm. Please join us for this fun and festive tradition from the comfort of your couch. 10 games will be played, and each game winner will receive a $10 gift card to Amazon, Target or Barnes & Noble. You must register to receive the Zoom Link and the free bingo card link, which will be sent to registered emails one day before the event.
