PUMA PRESS: November 3, 2023

Important Dates

  • November 6th & 7th - Student Holidays

Message from the Principal

Thank you to everyone that came out this past Saturday for the PTA Fun Run! Unlike the weather we are now experiencing, it was a gorgeous and warm morning for the run and all of our Pumas had a blast! It was wonderful to see so many current AND former students at the event! As predicted, our students enjoyed getting many photos with the principals dressed in crazy costumes! That was quite a hit! Please join us in sharing a HUGE thank with our amazing PTA for creating such a wonderful event for our school community! They sure did knock this one out of the park!

We also would like to thank our kindergarten parents for joining us for the Kindergarten Book Character Parade this week! The parade is one of our favorite traditions at Powell and it was great to have so many parents join us to cheer along the children as they paraded around the school. Thank you to the kindergarten parents for being a part of this special event!

Best,

Jamie Luerssen

Principal
