Future STEM Leaders Alliance (FSLA) is a student-led club with a mission to “spread STEM in our community and beyond, regardless of ethnicity or gender.” Members of the club have been planning and facilitating a 5-week workshop with students at Brookfield Elementary. Students describe the workshops as is an interactive program that allows students to use LEGO Education kits to learn fundamental STEM concepts. We are so proud of this student initiative and impressed with their vision to enhance STEM education for elementary students.
