Renovation Update - We're Moving

We passed our inspection on Wednesday, which means that K-3, the STEAM lab, library and several small spaces with move next week!

This is exciting and also a bit overwhelming for the staff and students. We are working to prepare both the materials and the students for this big change. We appreciate your patience and grace with teachers while we work through the challenges of this move.

Nov. 2nd - Library Moves During the Day

Nov. 3rd - Grade 3 Moves After School

Nov. 4th - Grade K - 2 Moves

Individual classroom teachers may need help with moving. They will reach out with their individual needs. We are collecting large paper grocery bags to put student materials in to be moved. Thank you to the families who already donated.

A tour of the new space will be offered after the staff and students have settled last this year.

Power of Our Words Lesson Grades 4 - 6 Preview Nov. 1st 5:00 PM

We have been working with the Region 5 equity team to develop a lesson for students on The Power of Our Words in grades 4th - 6th. The goal of this lesson is to help our students be more mindful of the language they are using, as well as the importance of understanding the impact rather than intent. These lessons are planned for November. If you are interested in previewing the lesson, please join Principal Prindle via Zoom on November 1st at 5:00 PM.
