Our Culinary Arts program is once again offering it’s “Dinner Done” service to staff around the building. The concept is to provide quality, no-prep fresh meals! All aspects of the meal planning, preparation, and service is student led. The Culinary Arts program provides students a working knowledge of classical culinary techniques through lecture, hands-on experience, and projects. The students will learn the basic skills needed for a career in the food service industry.
In addition to providing this convenient and delicious service to our staff, “Dinner Done” is also a partnership with Chantilly High School Work Awareness AND Transition (WAT) program. Students in the WAT program gain valuable experience as they offer a meal delivery service to faculty and staff.
WAT students pose for a photo in between meal deliveries.
PT/OT students practice taking vital signs.
Exploring Health Science students show off their pink tie-dye creations in preparation for October Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Cyber Network students learn how to properly wire an ethernet cable.
Robotic System student takes the robot for a test run.
