Fairfax Academy,
Happy almost fall and the time for some cooler air and pumpkin spice! We have a busy month starting off our virtual and in-person college visits and our first Ambassador Kickoff and culminating with our exciting annual Career Experience Expo. Please check in with your students about expo permission packets coming out at the end of this week and also making sure your student(s) has submitted their Academy Back to School packet. (Please note all students, regardless of base school including Fairfax High School students, must complete an Academy packet.)

Next week is PSAT day throughout the division. All Academy classes (and shuttles) are canceled. Students should follow the schedule for their base school.

Reminder: Wednesday, October 11, is PSAT Day. There will be no Academy classes or shuttles. Attendance will not be taken - you do not need to submit an attendance notification for this day.

Register by 10/13! Turn in your packet with:
- signed permission form
- pre-arranged absence form
- driver/rider form (if not taking a shuttle)

Have you sent back your Fairfax Academy forms packet? Please be sure you have submitted one packet for each student.
All Academy families should read and sign the Academy Agreement. Students who travel from a base school to Academy should also complete the Transportation Agreement - this gives us a record of how you get to and from Academy.
