Tonight Is the Night!
Lane's Read-a-Thon Kick-Off Event!
Families may arrive anytime between 6 and 8 p.m. You must register your child for the Read-a-Thon first, then they will get some Lane swag and have access to all the fun outside! Details below.
How the Event Works:
If you pre-register your child(ren) for the Read-a-Thon: Enter through Door 5 (near the gym) and go through the Fast Pass lane in the Gym. Once your registration is confirmed, we will give your child a bracelet that gives them access to the bounce houses and a raffle ticket that they will redeem outside to get their complimentary Rita's.

If you do not pre-register your child(ren) for the Read-a-Thon: You can enter through Door 5 (near the gym) and go to the registration tables in the Cafeteria. We will have volunteers available to help you register your child. Once your child is registered, we will give your child a bracelet that gives them access to the bounce houses and a raffle ticket that they will redeem outside to get their complimentary Rita's.
PLEASE NOTE: Your child(ren) cannot go on the bounce houses or get their complimentary Rita's without their Read-a-Thon registration being verified.
ALSO ...
Bring water bottles! In an effort to help save the environment, we have opted not to purchase hundreds of plastic water bottles. Please plan to bring your own.
In addition to the bounce houses and Rita's and photo spot, there will be food trucks and a mobile book truck with items available for purchase.
ONE LAST THING ...
We do expect heavy attendance. If walking is an option, we recommend it.
