Our first week of school has been full of excitement and joy! The salad bar returned and we are learning that our students love to eat the colors of the rainbow. We are looking forward to making many wonderful memories with you and your child(ren) this year!
Sincerely,
Allison Hoak, Principal
Jon Kemmerer, Assistant Principal

Ms. Stocking is excited to be one of the ESOL teachers at CPES this year. She is a former CPES 1st grade teacher and graduate of Falls Church High School. Ms. Stocking has also lived in Germany and Australia. One of her favorite ways to learn about a new culture is through food, music and art. Ms. Stocking cannot wait to continue learning about our students here and working with our community. |
Ms. Moon is a first grade teacher this year and was previously a 5th grade teacher at CPES. Ms. Moon was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia and her parents are from South Korea. Ms. Moon has two sons. One is in 2nd grade and one is in 3rd grade and they both attend Fairfax County Public Schools too! Ms. Moon is excited to learn from her students this year as she learned a lot from her 5th graders last year! |

Ms. Delao was a Preschool Autism (PAC) Instructional Assistant at CPES for 5 years and helped to open our program. This year, Ms. Delao will be an instructional assistant in our preschool classroom. She is a new mother and enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and traveling to Mexico to visit family. Ms. Delao describes herself as shy and she loves working with our littlest learners as they teach her to be silly and live in the moment! |
