RCMS Health and PE News for 2023/24 School Year!!
Dear Panther Families:
This coming school year in August, students will be back in the locker rooms and changing clothes for PE class.
Every student will be entering the locker rooms on a daily basis before and after PE class to change clothes for PE. Every student will be assigned a PE locker to use on a daily basis.
Students will need the following to have a successful and safe year in PE
- Combination Lock for PE locker
- Proper clothes to change into in order to participate safely in PE class
- Proper shoes to participate safely in PE class (tennis shoes)
- (Crocs, Boots, Sandals, Flip Flops are not acceptable)
- Deodorant
- Positive attitude
The PE department will be purchasing 1 cotton PE T shirt for every student this year!

The free shirt will be distributed at Panther Palooza on August 17, or during PE class.
The PE department will be providing an optional Towel Service for students who would like to purchase. A fresh towel will be provided to students each day if they would like one, following PE for the entire year for only a one time charge of $10.00. More information will be provided once the school year begins, Towel Service payments will be in MySchoolBucks.
