Athletic Training Update
Annual Sports Physical Night

Hayfield Secondary School
5:30-7:30 PM
Cost is $50
(it is highly recommended to pre-register as we will only accept walk-in appointments if available)
Once again, Hayfield Athletic Training Program will be offering an opportunity for athletes to receive a comprehensive orthopedic sports physical that will be valid for the 2023-24 school year. This is a great opportunity to get it completed early and be ready to go for next year. All current physicals expire June 30th. To register for an appointment please click below:

All proceeds support the Hayfield Athletic Training Program and your student athletes. Funds raised allow us to continue to provide the highest level of athletic healthcare possible. The Hayfield Athletic Training Program relies solely on fundraising opportunities to purchase the necessary supplies and equipment necessary.
REMEMBER: you MUST have a valid physical for 2023-24 school year on file if you are planning to participate in any off-season conditioning/team activities! For more information, please contact
