I would like to thank all of our families for the many ways you have supported your child's learning this school year. I would like to thank our wonderful staff who worked tirelessly this year, always keeping the focus on our students and supporting them socially, emotionally, and academically. We made it successfully through the year! Now, take some time to relax and enjoy the summer months. Before we know it, we will be back here together at Louise Archer and we can't wait to see you again! Happy Summer!

Patrick Henry Library Visit - Summer Programs
There will be a librarian from Patrick Henry Library at Louise Archer today from 3:30-4:30pm to share about the awesome summer programs and activities at the library and to assist students with obtaining a library card.
The librarian will be set up under the white tent in front of the school.

Tutor.com – Online Tutoring Services Summer 2023 Access
FCPS students will continue to have unlimited access to 24/7, on-demand, online tutoring support services through Tutor.com during summer 2023. Students are able to use Tutor.com during the summer to review and/or practice in subject areas of interest or need. Students may also choose to access other tools and services such as practice quizzes in a variety of subject areas as well as self-paced study courses for SAT/ACT preparation.

Our bell schedule for the 2022-23 school year will be: 9:15AM - 4PM

**Information will be available in early August about the date/time of Meet the Teacher/Open House.**
End of Year Medication Pick Up
The school health room is reminding parents and guardians that all medication stored in the health room must be picked up no later than the student dismissal time on the last day of school June 16, 2023. Medication left in the health room after that time will be discarded. It is school policy that medications must be picked up by the parent or guardian. Medication cannot be sent home with your student. However, with parent or guardian permission, a high school student may transport over-the-counter medications to and from the school health room.

Spring Testing Score Reports
Starting in late May, caregivers will receive reports for assessments their children completed this spring. A list of tests by grade level is available. Scores will be delivered in SIS ParentVUE, by mail, or from the school or testing organization. See what to expect regarding assessment reporting practices and timelines.
Some families will also receive a Virginia’s Visualization and Analytics Solution (VVAAS) Student Assessment Summary report with historical Standards of Learning (SOL) test results from 2015-2022.
