Dear Poplar Tree Families,
We had our last PTA meeting of the year last night. Thank you to our parents who have volunteered to be on our new PTA board for the upcoming school year. We are so grateful for all the PTA does to support our staff, students, and school community!

As we look ahead to the 2023-24 school year, we are asking for your input. We value our partnership between home and school and appreciate your thoughts on your child's learning needs.
If you feel that there is pertinent information to support your child’s success for the upcoming school year, please complete this optional Parent Input Form by Friday, May 26.
This system is not intended for families to request specific teachers. Requests for specific teachers will not be honored.

Light the Night Campaign
 The SCA would like to thank everyone who donated for the Light the Night campaign. As of 5/12, we have raised a total of $4977.19 between online donations and donations made to our "Pie an SCA Officer in the Face" in person fundraiser!!! We are less than $25 away from our goal!!!
In the coming weeks, the grade level that raised the most money will have teachers complete a dare (winning grade level will be announced on Tuesday, 5/16) and the SCA officer who had the most money donated will be pied in the face! We will record both events and play them on the school news for all students to see.
Donations will be accepted HERE through Sunday at midnight. Again, thank you for your generosity and support of such an incredible cause!

We truly appreciate all our Poplar Tree staff and would like to give the community the opportunity to say thank you and/or show appreciation for all of the effort the Poplar Tree Staff is putting in day and night! 👕Spirit Wear Re-Sale 🏷️
Donate your unwanted spirit wear - any item, any size, any year - to the blue PTA bin located in the front of the school by May 14th. The PTA will get the donated items ready for resale and hold a pre-loved spirit wear sale at the block party!
