Eid al-Fitr
Eid Mubarak to those in our Cooper community celebrating this weekend!
PTO Appropriations Round Two
The PTO’s Executive Board met last week to review appropriations requests. Funds were allocated for technology tools for our English classrooms, microwaves for use by students in the lunchroom, furniture for the art department, support of the new After School Activities chess program, feather flags for use around the building and original artwork by local artists in an already-finished area of new construction of the building.
Thank you for your support of the PTO throughout the year that has resulted in allowing us to fund these and other purchases and program support both via our appropriations process as well as our approved budget. We will deliver a report on expenditures at the final PTO mtg on May 17.
