TRS Summer Camp 2023
Information Night Friday, March 24th

Providence Community Center
Summer Camp Registration and Enrollment: We would like to share with you a few adjustments we had to make to our summer structure. To accommodate the number of campers that register for our program, and to provide a fun and successful experience for all our campers, our enrollment structure for summer camp 2023 will be as follows:

Registration: Registration for 2023 Summer Camp will open Wednesday April 19, 2023. Please log into your TRACERS account at that time to register.

Locations: There will be 3 summer camp locations, exact locations are being finalized and will be updated on our website shortly.
- Enrollment Weeks:
TRS Summer Camp (for campers ages 5*-12): *5 year olds must have completed kindergarten
v Week 1: June 27—30 (no camp June 26)
v Week 2: July 3—7 (no camp July 4)
v Week 3: July 10—14
TRS Summer Camp (for campers ages 13-22*): *22 year olds who have not yet graduated are eligible for camp
v Week 4: July 17—21
v Week 5: July 24—28
v Week 6: July 31—August 3 (no camp August 4)
Summer Staffing: There continues to be a nationwide staffing shortage on direct service-based positions. As our creative marketing strategies continue, we also want to ask our families for support in spreading the word about our summer camp staff opportunities and forwarding any potential new staff our way. If you know someone who is interested in working with us, please direct them to the hiring flyer on our website for more information on how to apply. The more staff we have, the more classes we can open, the more participants we can serve, and the more fun we can have! Thank you in advance for helping us get the word out.
Open House: Join us for our 2023 Summer Camp Open House on Friday, March 24th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Providence Community Center (3001 Vaden Drive, Fairfax VA 22031) to learn more about our upcoming summer camp! Please see the flyer attached for more information and how to RSVP.
