April 1st and April 2nd - 9AM to 9PM

30% of gross sales from Crossfield Elementary School families who use the mini golf, golf range, or batting cages will be donated to the PTO.

Sneakers

Got Sneakers?

Are you planning on some Spring Cleaning over Spring Break? Bring your old Sneakers to Crossfield! The PTO is sponsoring a sneaker recycling program. We will be collecting sneakers in the lobby from April 10-28 and at the basketball game on April 28. The sneakers will be sent to GotSneakers, a recycling organization that will pay Crossfield for the sneakers we donate and will recirculate or recycle the sneakers. Lost and Found

Our lost and found is still full!  Although we have returned many items to their owners, there are still plenty we would love to return.  Items are on display in the main hallway. Please stop by and see if we have something missing from your child’s closet. All unclaimed items will be donated after school this Friday, March 31.

Kindergarten Registration:

It’s as Easy as 1-2-3…

Kindergarten registration is open at Crossfield and other schools in Fairfax County.  Parents of students entering kindergarten in August, should follow the instructions at this link to complete the 5-step process for student enrollment. SoCo Summer Strings

Exciting news! SoCo Summer Strings (formally Stallion Summer Strings) is returning this summer! The camp will be hosted at South County Middle School from July 10th-21st from 8:30am-12:30pm, weekdays only. 

Camp is open to all rising 5th-9th grade students with at least one year of experience on the violin, viola, cello, or bass. Students will participate in two large ensemble rehearsals, an instrument-specific technique class, and a sectional each day.

Covid Case Manager

Please include our Principal, Mark Granieri, on emails alerting Crossfield that your child has tested positive for Covid.  Mr. Granieri will communicate with families with the official letter and a timeline for returning to school for covid-positive students.
