 We are 6 days away to the big day and can't wait for everyone to join us for the Clermont PTA Silent Auction’s return at a new venue: The Masonic Temple in Alexandria! The event will once again have free drinks, food (Italian Buffet), a live band (Clermont parent Amy Despres and her high energy band: Diplomatic Immunity) - and guests will be able to visit the Observation Deck at the Masonic Temple for the first hour of the event and enjoy the amazing views! Come join parents, teachers and staff as we come together!

Thank you for all of the donated items and experiences! We have received tickets to multiple sporting events, many wonderful Teacher Experiences, health and fitness packages, lawn care and landscape packages, Parent Socials, children’s activities, an electric scooter, several cooking classes, a session of yoga with goats, a knife forging class, an educational compost social with drinks, a variety of summer camps and much more! This year’s event theme is We are Family – A Disco Theme. Feel free to come comfortable or dress up. No dress code required.
Auction Day Volunteers Needed
To ensure the event flows seamlessly, just as before with previous auctions, we are asking for volunteers to help us set up, clean up and work the drink stand. In the past, the drink volunteers have included parents of previous students at Clermont Elementary, neighbors and family members (such as an aunt, uncle or grandparent). Drink volunteers attend for free, and we are hoping to have 8 so that they can take shifts and enjoy parts of the evening. To sign up to be a volunteer, click here.
Virtual Bidder
Can't attend the auction? You can still bid on items! The auction will be live, online during the same time as the event. If you want to bid, you still need to sign up as a bidder on the Clermont Auction website by clicking here.
 Free Book Fair Incentive
If we hit our goal for the PTA Silent Auction, we will completely fund the PTA’s Spring budget and we will host a FREE Book Fair this Spring where each student will receive 2 FREE BOOKS to read over the Summer!
