Keene Mill Book Fair Information

Monday, March 6th preview day during school hours. Students see what they might want and make a list.

Monday, March 6th 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Family Night. Sales start

Tuesday, March 7th to Friday March 10th sales during school hours, according to teachers' sign up

Payments will include 6% tax.

There’s an easy five-step process outlined for parents looking to register their child for kindergarten:

  1. Determine eligibility. 
  2. Identify your local school. 
  3. Gather documents. 
  4. Fill out forms. 
  5. Schedule an appointment.

After the appointment at the school (the student and one caregiver must be present), the student will be ready for orientation, Bridge to Kindergarten, or any other introductory events each school may host. Read more about the registration process. 

2023 KMES Helping Games

The sixth annual Helping Games began today with opening assemblies led by Mr. Lachance and Mrs. Ehlers.  The students learned about how they can work as a team to help the school and community over the next few weeks.  Don't forget to wear your Helping Games t-shirt every Thursday to show your team spirit and earn points.  Below is the schedule for the charitable activities.

    • March 6-10 – Pennies for Patients – donate loose change
    • March 13-17 – Canned Food Drive – donate nonperishable food items
    • March 20-24 – Shoe Drive – donate new/gently used shoes
    • March 27-31 – Book Drive – donate new/gently used books
    • April 10-13 – Kindness Challenge – students will be working on completing acts of kindness
    • April 17-20 – Boosterthon
    • April 26 – Chalk4Kindness
