Good Morning HAWK NATION,
It is with very mixed emotions that I am sharing this information with you all. Friday, March 10, 2023 will be my last day in Fairfax County Public Schools and at Hayfield Secondary School. I have accepted a leadership position in a neighboring county. This is my 14th year at Hayfield Secondary School, which has been half of my professional career.
I am very proud of the work that we have accomplished, and I would like to thank the administration, parents, booster club, PTSA, coaches, volunteers, faculty and most importantly our students. The one thing that I will always have is HAWK PRIDE!
Mr. Mough and Hayfield Administration will collaborate with Region 3 and will develop a transition plan that will support the Hayfield Student Activities Office until a new Director of Student Activities is Chosen.
I will continue to be Hayfield’s biggest fan and will always Rock the Orange! This is not goodbye. It is “see you around”. ONCE A HAWK ALWAYS A HAWK!
