Learn more about Tutor.com, where students are able to get personal help 24/7. For example, students can work through Java/Python code together with a tutor, get in-depth feedback on college and scholarship application essays and even get help in Spanish from bilingual tutors for all students still learning English. For those families with soon-to-be college students, students also have access to all of the Princeton Review’s SAT/ACT coursework with unlimited tutoring at no additional cost!
Plan to join us for a Tutor.com lunchtime webinar 12-1 pm on Mar 1 with guest presenter, FCPS Manager of Tutoring Services Joash Chung. The Zoom link will be posted on the PTSA website prior to Wednesday morning and the session will be recorded. More info about Tutor.com in FCPS is available here.
Senior Information
Please pay your Senior Class Dues. Dues are mandatory for seniors! They cover the cost of cap and gown, Senior Breakfast, bus transportation to DAR and all other graduation expenses. Dues are $100 and can be paid online at
MySchoolBucks.com.
WE NEED YOU: Ethics Day Committee needs your help to facilitate an all-day program on March 14th for 525 Langley high school seniors! If you are a parent of an underclassman, PLEASE consider volunteering for this rewarding event (friends and neighbors are welcome to volunteer as well, please spread the word!), no experience needed.
Ethics Day encourages seniors to determine their own ethical framework and equips them with decision-making tools they can use in life after high school when confronting ethical dilemmas. Speakers present situations in three different sessions and as a volunteer you only encourage dialog among the seniors in small-group table discussions. It really is amazing to watch the young adults articulate their positions and collaborate with each other, a heart-warming snapshot of teens at Langley.
