Did You Know...

Most overdoses are preventable. The thinking among teens is “I don’t want to get my friend in trouble.” The Good Samaritan Laws in Virginia state no one will get arrested. Those that make a 911 call are asked to remain on the scene and cooperate with law enforcement.

Sophomore College Case Studies at 7:00pm

Location: Langley High School

This program will allow you to work alongside a college admission representative as part of a mock admissions team. Review applications and discuss applicants’ strengths and weaknesses. Gain a better understanding of the college admission process to plan for the rest of your high school experience.

PARENTS & STUDENTS ARE BOTH INVITED TO ATTEND. ONE registration PER FAMILY.

For the Class of 2024 College Panel

When: Tuesday, March 14th, 7:00 p.m.- Please note this is the new date for the event

Where: Langley High School Auditorium

What: Junior students and their parents/guardians are invited to join us for an informative panel discussion lead by college admission professionals. 

Please note this event will now be held on Tuesday, March 14th instead of March 7th. 


College Board Information 

The College Board’s National Recognition Programs’ scholarship applications for students open on Wednesday, February 15. You can find information about these opportunities in the student flier. College Board has identified students who are eligible to apply, and students identified by College Board will receive an email invitation from the College Board. Students are also able to nominate themselves by visiting bigfuture.org/NRP.


Senior Class Dues

Please pay your Senior Class Dues.  Dues are mandatory for seniors!  They cover the cost of cap and gown, Senior Breakfast, bus transportation to DAR and all other graduation expenses. Dues are $100 and can be paid online at 

 MySchoolBucks.com.


Lost and Found 

Is your child missing a jacket, sweatshirt, lunchbox and/or water bottle? It may be in Langley’s very large lost & found collection. Please have them stop by the lost and found box located in the cafeteria.
