New Website
We are very excited to announce that we are switching over to a new website provider. This new website will be closely aligned with a new Regional website where you will be able to track standings from across the Northern Region.
Our new website is: https://mcleanathletics.org/
To check standings from across the Region, you can visit: https://novahsathletics.com/
We hope you enjoy the new site, and please feel free to reach out if you would like to see us add any information to the new site.
MHS Athletic Booster Concessions
As we bring our winter season registry to a close, we extend a huge thank you to everyone who donated inventory. A big thank you also, to all our hard-working volunteers who have helped run the concession -we could not do it without “parent power”! Your generous donations have enabled us to keep prices stable for students and spectators for well over a year, even though product costs continue to rise. We look forward to a spring season where we continue to earn profits for our talented athletes and serve our supportive fan community.
Online Ticketing
We are very excited that FCPS has partnered with Etix to now give our fans an opportunity to purchase tickets online the day of our events. Fans will also be able to use credit cards or cash at the gate for our sporting events.
Please note that tickets will not go on sale until the day of an event.
We ask for your patience as we roll out this new system. To purchase tickets, please visit https://www.etix.com/ticket/v/18701/mclean-high-school-athletics
Physical Form
The VHSL has changed the physical form for next year. If your child plans on playing a sport next school year, it must be on the new form and be completed after May 1st of this year. The form can be found here. Click on “Resources” to access the form. Physicals should be brought to the school. Office hours are 9am-1pm Monday-Friday
New Athlete Registration Site
FCPS activities and athletic programs has transitioned to a new online student registration system. This new system offers a host of benefits for schools and community members including:
- One stop shop for registering your student for athletic programs and many common activities occurring throughout the school year
- Electronic submission of the emergency care card and weight room waiver- only have to fill these out once!
- A new home for the state-mandated concussion education program
Each family will create an account and from this account, can register their student(s) for various activity and athletic opportunities. While registering does not guarantee a spot on the team, this information will help to ensure your student is ready to go on the first day of tryouts. Students can be registered for one or more activities throughout the year and families can sign in as needed to update information.
Please note the following:
- You will still need to submit a valid VHSL Pre-participation Exam Form (physical) directly to the school prior to your student’s participation; all other requirements will be completed through this registration
The new registration site is available here: https://mclean-ar.rschooltoday.com/
Please contact Stefanie Evers with any questions about the new registration site: severs2@fcps.edu
