Uno Pizzeria Kingstowne Fundraiser
Join fellow Bush Hill Panthers at Uno Kingstowne on Wednesday and Thursday this week to raise some dough for Bush Hill Elementary! That's right, you can stop by all day between 11am-10pm on February 22 and 23 to help us support enrichment programs, teacher appreciation, field trips, and more great PTA events. Be sure to mention you're there for the Bush Hill PTA fundraiser and show the flier that came home in Tuesday folders.
Silent Auction and Bingo Night - Save the Date(s)
Panther families - the PTA is looking forward to again offering a Silent Auction and Bingo Night. Please mark your calendars for the Silent Auction, taking place March 4-8, and Bingo Night, March 10. More details forthcoming in next week's News You Choose.
Bush Hill Girls Grades 3-6:
Girls on the Run is a fun, evidence-based program that inspires all girls to build their confidence, kindness and decision-making skills. Dynamic lessons instill valuable life skills including the important connection between physical and emotional health. At the end of the season, the team completes a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.

Monday: Express yourself – wear something that represents you
Tuesday: Kindness Matters! Wear a shirt with a kind message or brighten up the day and wear tie dye
Wednesday: We Are a Community: Wear your Bush Hill Gear
Thursday: Book Character Day! Dress up as your favorite book character – no masks or weapons please
We can’t wait to celebrate a fun week of reading with our Bush Hill Panthers next week!
Specialist are excited to announce our first Specialist Night! Please join us on Monday, March 13th from 6:00 – 7:00 for an evening of fun and crafts. This night will feature some of the amazing things our students have been learning in music, PE, and Art this year. Families will participate in several different activities throughout the night. We ask that you arrive at 6:00pm and plan to spend the full time with us so you can experience each station.
We are seeking donations of recyclables in general such as small boxes, cardboard tubes, tin cans, string/rubber bands, tape, beads or dried beans for shakers, etc. for our instrument making station. Donations can be brought to Ms. Carbone or Mrs. Collazo. We hope to see you and your family there!
