Greetings and Happy New Year, Braddock Families!
Hope this message finds you and your family well. As you know our renovation project is coming to a close. As of January 30th, all of our students are in the main building in their new classrooms (see photos below).
We are pleased to inform you that students in kindergarten through grade 3 all have bathrooms in their classrooms (see photo below), with the exception of one second grade and one third grade classroom. Our students in grades 4 and 5, will use the hallway bathrooms (see photos below).
In order to keep our building looking new, we respectfully request that you have a conversation with your children reminding them to be respectful and responsible for keeping our building safe and clean. If we have a case of vandalism that pertains to your child, we will contact you.
At this time, our renovation team is still working on the main office, grassy field, walking path, kiss-n-ride expansion, and parking. Our main office will be completed at the end of February. The grassy field, walking path, kiss-n-ride expansion, and parking will be completed sometime in the Spring.
Our building cutting of the ribbon ceremony date will be determined once our renovation project has been completed. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 703-914-7300.
