A message from Principal Steven McFarlane
Kilmer Community,
Next week is a big week, with a lot happening! Tuesday, March 14th is the final day for 8th graders to submit completed forms with student and guardian/parent signatures for the Marshall & Madison Activities Fair field trip. At the Fair, students will receive information about athletics, fine arts, and extracurricular opportunities available to them next year. Have your student turn them into their science teacher or the drop box in the main office.
On Wednesday, Cross Town Hoops is at Marshall High School from 6-8 PM. A reminder that this is a ticketed event, and we’re all sold out! There will not be any tickets sold at the door.
Our drama department will kick off their two week run of Into the Woods Jr. on Wednesday. Students will have a chance to see the cast in action right afterschool at 2:30 PM, and subsequent shows will be on Friday, and two on Saturday. See the flier below for more information.
Lastly, next week is Spirit Week. We’re excited to see what students come up with for Celebrity Monday, Tie Dye Tuesday, Kilmer Spirit Wednesday, Throwback Thursday, and Green Out Friday.
Have a great weekend, and as always, reach out if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Steven McFarlane
Principal
